ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA — On April 19, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office re-arrested Jeremiah L. Duncan, 18, 1205 N. Perkins Ferry Road, Lot #17, Moss Bluff, following a Calcasieu Parish Grand Jury indictment of vehicular homicide in connection with a 2011 single car accident in Sulphur that left one person dead. This charge was upgraded from the original charges of DWI 1st; careless operation; and driving under suspension.
