ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA. — On May 24, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched regarding a report of a rape. The 15 year old female victim stated Lorenza J. Fontenot, 36, 1404 St. Mary Street, Lake Charles, who is a family member, took her to a local boat launch during the early morning hours and forcefully raped her.
Further investigation was conducted and on June 27 Judge Clayton Davis signed a warrant for Fontenot’s arrest.
