ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA — On May 10, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Combined Anti-Drug Task Force (C.A.T. Team) Detective Sgt. Jeff Cole conducted a stop on a car for a traffic violation near mile marker 20 eastbound on I-10.
When Sgt. Cole spoke with the driver, Deanna R. Bruder, 26, 3612 NE 35th Street, Canton, Ohio, she began to act suspiciously.

ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA — On March 19, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Combined Anti-Drug Task Force (C.A.T. Team) Cpl. Kevin Hoover attempted to conduct a stop on a car near mile marker 10 traveling eastbound on I-10 for a traffic violation. When Cpl. Hoover activated his unit’s lights and sirens signaling for the driver to stop, the driver did not comply and continued to flee from him. The driver, later identified as Kanarriso D. Loveless, 39, 7791 Aaron Drive, Pensacola, Florida, began to drive very aggressively, traveling at speeds in excess of 120 mph and passing other vehicles on the shoulder of the interstate. ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA — On March 13, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Combined Anti-Drug Task Force (C.A.T. Team) Criminal Patrol Sgt. Jeff Cole conducted a stop on an SUV traveling east on I-10 near mile marker 15 for a traffic violation.
When Sgt. Cole spoke with the driver, Sandra M. Lopez, 25, 8721 Town Park Drive, Houston, and passenger Hector E. Aguilera, 34, 76046 Carretera Colombia Street, Monterrey, Mexico, they began to act suspiciously. After receiving permission from Lopez to search the SUV, Sgt. ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA — On March 8, a Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputy was dispatched to an abandoned mobile home on Ravia Road in Sulphur in reference to a report of a burglary.
Upon entering the mobile home to check for possible suspects, the deputy detected a strong odor of chemicals coming from the back bedroom. Once inside the master bedroom, the deputy discovered a clandestine lab inside the closet that had malfunctioned and was emitting chemicals. View full article »

ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA — On March 9, at approximately 8:30 a.m., Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies responded in reference to shots fired inside a mobile home at 5003 Highway 14 East in Iowa.
When deputies arrived and spoke with the homeowner, Joleen J. Treadway, 41, they immediately detected a strong odor of chemicals coming from inside the mobile home.
