ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA — On March 27 at approximately 3:00 p.m., a Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputy noticed a suspicious car occupied by three men, later identified as Harold W. Sarver, III, 17, 1517 Shaw Street, a 14 year old boy and 15 year old boy, while patrolling the area of Park Road and Shellie Lane in Moss Bluff. When the deputy turned his car around to investigate, they had abandoned the car and were walking down the road.
