ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA. — On June 24, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a nightclub in Vinton in reference to a report of an aggravated rape.

The 21 old year old female victim stated two men, later identified as Quintin D. Gonzales, 21, 2794 Stockhold Road, Sealy, Texas, and Uriel H. Ramirez, 28, 204 Second Street, Winfield, Texas attacked her when she came out of the nightclub, took her behind the building and forcefully raped her.

The victim was able to get a detailed description of Gonzales and Ramirez, including the clothing they were wearing, and deputies, along with the assistance of nightclub security, were able to locate Gonzales and Ramirez in a bunk house behind the nightclub.

Gonzales and Ramirez were arrested and transported to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office, and when questioned by detectives, Gonzales confirmed the allegations. Both were arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with aggravated rape.

Judge Clayton Davis set their bonds at $450,000 each.
