ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA — On January 14, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint regarding Robert P. Prestenbach, Jr., 49, 638 Debra Lane, Moss Bluff, having inappropriate sexual contact with a female family acquaintance, beginning in 2006 when the girl was 6 years old.
Further investigation was conducted and on May 31, Prestenbach was indicted for 1 count of aggravated rape by a Calcasieu Grand Jury and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was arrested on June 1 and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center.
Judge Michael Canaday set his bond at $600,000.
