ERIC SCOTT RADIO | LAKE CHARLES, LA — On April 11, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint regarding Wilbert J. Dugas, 59, 1223 Elizabeth Street, Westlake, having inappropriate sexual contact with a female family member on numerous occasions, beginning in 1987 when the girl was 2 years old.
When questioned by detectives, Dugas confirmed the allegations. On May 2, he was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with 1 count of aggravated incest.
Judge Michael Canaday set his bond at $250,000.
CPSO Detective Lt. Elizabeth Zaunbrecher is the lead investigator on this case.
