To the people that tried making money off of Wal-Mart, you guys are typical. These days if you have a lot of money or your business is wealthy, people will find just about anything to sue you over. This time, it looks like Wal-Mart put them in their place!
The largest employee class-action lawsuit in U.S. history will not go forward, the Supreme Court ruled Monday, marking a major victory for Wal-Mart Stores and certain frustration for more than 1.6 million female workers who potentially could have joined the suit claiming sex discrimination.
